I always dreamed of having a baby girl of my own, and I am happy to report back that it is as wonderful as I thought it would be. I love dressing her. I love pulling her hair up into a tiny little sprout. I love painting her toes. It’s not all rainbows and sunshine, she kicks my butt plenty of days; but she is my sweet little angel girl and I cannot thank God enough for bringing her to us.
Lucy’s personality is becoming more and more fun every single day, and I can’t get over how she makes me laugh SO much all the time. She is waving, clapping, whispering, screaming, squealing, and climbing e v e r y t h i n g. She is a tiny but mighty 16.2 lbs, she grew out of the 1% for height & upgraded to 5% WHOOP. If she’s eating, she’s happy. If she’s standing, she’s happy. If she has your full attention, she’s happy. If you go to the bathroom without her….NOT HAPPY. She looks like her dad, but acts like her mama. She really is a wild one with an angel’s face, and I would not have it any other way. It has been nine months of HEAVEN.
