Holy moly it’s already time for my 19 Week Pregnancy Update! Ever since I started feeling better, this pregnancy has been FLYING by & I am loving every minute of it.
HOW FAR ALONG: 19 weeks
WEIGHT GAIN: I don’t own a scale, but I weighed myself at my parents house last weekend and I was up 2 pounds from pre-pregnancy!
MATERNITY CLOTHES: Yes and no. I wear maternity leggings almost everyday, my regular leggings are definitely too tight. My mother in law picked up these Ingrid and Isabel leggings for me and I have been l i v i n g in them. Highly recommend. I own a few maternity tops, but I’m still mostly wearing my regular clothes as of now!
SLEEP: Sleep hasn’t been great. I’m constantly shifting from side to side trying to get comfortable. I’m a back sleeper, so it’s definitely been an adjustment.
Best moment this month: Having energy has been amazing! I can actually clean my house and stay out past 6 o’clock! Wiiiiild woman.
MISS ANYTHING: Sleeping on my back. Ohhhh I can’t tell you how much I miss it. & deli meat. I am FEIGNING for a cold cut combo.
MOVEMENT: I finally started feeling wiggles here and there! I only notice it if I’m laying down and reeeeally paying attention.
STRETCH MARKS: Not yet! My skin is getting itchy though, so I have been trying to really slather on the oil.
CRAVINGS: POP. Soda. Whatever you want to call it. This is the weirdest craving for me…I have never, ever been a pop drinker. Once my second trimester hit, it’s been all I freaking want all the time! I still try not to drink it because it really is so bad for you, but I definitely have had my occasional coke & root beer. No regrets.
HAPPY OR MOODY: Happy! Sooooo happy. Everyday I get more excited about the thought of having a little girl of our own.
LOOKING FORWARD TO: Our anatomy scan next week! I’m so excited to see how much she’s grown since our last appointment:)
