8 hours, 5 pit stops, and 3 bags of gummy bears later…We are home from our weekend in Kentucky! It was a short and sweet trip to watch one of Shane’s friends from high school marry his beautiful new wife! Every time I go to a wedding I just wish I could throw my dress on and do it all over again:) It all goes by so fast, we have already been married for almost 5 months! Holy. Crap. Time is crazy. We spent the weekend with Shane’s parents (which is always a good time), celebrating, eating, eating more, and catching up with old friends. I also spent half the weekend trying to convince my mother in law to let me keep the cutest shirt ever that she let me borrow……Unfortunately it didn’t work out, but I’m not giving up (hint, hint Angie;) Isn’t he just the cutest? I’m in looooooove. If you didn’t notice, Shane finally made me cut off his hipster hair cut this weekend. I protested for months, but I actually gave in when his hair was starting to naturally part in the middle. Maybe I just have my love goggles on but he looks wonderful either way. Hubba Hubba. My dress is from Lulu’s, I searched everywhere but I couldn’t find this exact style to link it. I found a similar one right here. I always love visiting the South, and it was a great weekend, but we are so happy to be home lounging on the couch with our pup watching movies. Sunday is our favorite. We hope you have an awesome week!
