Happy Thursday, friends! Shane and I are officially in budget mode, and I am attempting to curb my shopping addiction….it’s a work in progress. I decided that maybe if I made a list of things I wanted to purchase, maybe one of you can buy these things and I can live vicariously through you 🙂 I rounded up some things that I’ve been dreaming of for summertime, and if you see anything you like, the photo is actually a link to purchase!

DIY TASSEL JEWELRY
If you are anything like me, when you see tassels on ANYTHING you have the urge to buy. However, sometime tassel jewelry is ridiculously expensive, so I am going to show you how to make a tassel, and how you can add it to pretty much anything for a fraction of the price!
So first things first, you need supplies. I picked up all of these things at JoAnne Fabric for $15 dollars. Everything was on sale, but I will link some similar just as inexpensive options below. All you need for the jewelry I made is string, jump rings, elastic, and beads of your choice!

| Gold Jump Rings
| Gold Beads (Amazing Deal)
Step 1: Wrap the string around your hand several times, make sure the thickness doesn’t exceed the width of your jump ring, or else it won’t slide through! Once you have a good size bundle, slide it off your hand
Step 2: Place the bundle you created into the jump ring
Step 3: Fold the bundle over
Step 4: Tie a piece of string around as tightly as possible, I triple knotted mine!
Once you have the string tied tightly, cut the bottom loops as evenly as possible and whaaaabam, you’ve got a tassle! It is SO easy and the possibilities are endless. I ended up making a few bracelets with random beads I purchased and a tassel necklace that I am absolutely OBSESSED with. Figure out a bead pattern you like, and go for it! It was so fun and simple, and I spent less than $20!
I am most likely going to be adding tassels to everything, no shame in my game. If you try any of them I’d LOVE to see them! Until next time, XO.
All Floral, All The Time
Trying to dodge the geese ^. When I saw this top on Forever 21’s website, I knew I had to have it! It is SO affordable, and it looks + feels so much more expensive. I have never really been one to wear much black, I have always gravitated towards navy, but I actually love changing it up!
These heels made the outfit, and I can’t believe how easy they are to walk in! I have been loving wearing my Alex and Ani bracelets lately, I can’t get enough…I want to stack them to my elbow (probably overkill). What are your plans for the week? I have so many fun new projects to work on, I can’t wait to share them! XO.

Rompin’ Around
Happy Tuesday, friends! Do you ever have those days where you plan on getting a million things done, but actually accomplish nothing? That was me yesterday. I was yawning up a friggin’ storm at work yesterday so I shoved my to do list to the side and took a nap when I got home *no regrets*. So that is why this weekend post is going up on a Tuesday (unintentional song lyrics), and not yesterday…..Whoops.

I am so in love with this romper I found from TJ Maxx for $12.99! Such a great deal! That’s why I love TJ, you can usually always find something there, and it’s an amazing price. I wore this outfit to shop for a Mother’s Day present for my mama, and I could not find ONE THING. I don’t know if I just wasn’t in the zone or what, but nothing was interesting me whatsoever (so unlike me hahaha). So I went with my original plan and gave her a huge picture frame I had for her and filled it with wedding photos. Overall it was a great weekend, it was actually the first one in at least 2 months where I had the chance to be home for an entire weekend….Sooooo nice. I hope you had the best Mother’s Day!
Mr. & Mrs. Albert
I really, really don’t know how to put into words how much our wedding day meant to me. The day was so full of love, laughter, and just a few tears….Also, the weather was absolutely PERFECT. I couldn’t stop smiling the entire time I went through the 2500 (yeesh) pictures. But, instead of being rambly, I will let the photos speak for themselves. Here is a look into our Best. Day. Ever.
I never knew you could love someone THIS much, but I am so blessed to have Shane in my life. We are soooo in loooooove and we don’t care who knows it! April 11th, 2015 was the first day of the rest of our lives, and to me, there is no better title than Mrs. Albert.
